- Cody Frost is the founder/owner of Spartan Termites. With over 10 years of experience in Termite Inspection industry, he holds branch three field rep license. Cody and his wife, Monique launched Spartan Termites in 2017.
- Monique Frost
- Owner / Office Manager
- Monique Frost previously worked in the field of education for 14 years as both high school English teacher and administrator. In 2017, Cody and Monique decided to take the leap into small business ownership, and they haven't looked back since!

- Meet our office professional, Phylicia. She has been part of the Spartan Family for 3 years, and with the industry for 8. She is equipped and ready to guide you through a smooth and successful experience with Spartan Termite. She is devoted and passionate about what she does. Having a family of her own helps bring those down to earth nurturing qualities into the family here at Spartan.

- Operator/Field Rep/Lead Inspector
- Bob Gideon has been with Spartan Termite since it's conception in 2017. He holds his Branch III Field Representatives along with his operators license. When Bob's not finding and eradicating termites, you can find him coaching his son high school football team

- Lead Inspector / Contractor
- Andrew Johns has been with Spartan Termite since day 1, starting in 2017. Andrew holds his B2 contractors license and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is also the foreman and project manager for every job Spartan Termite is responsible for.

- Inspector
- Robert is the lead carpenter and one of the inspectors here at Spartan. He has been in the industry for eight years and with the Spartan Team for four. He knows any home construction, whether it be a real estate transaction or personal home project, can be a stressful experience. He will make this transition very smooth and provide you with high quality results that Spartan is known for.
