"I think we are, in my humble opinion, the best all in-house termite company. I think we are a disruptor in the market. There are not a lot of companies that do big repairs like Spartan Termite does.
We sprcialize in rebuilding decks, patio covers - the big stuff that the other big companies subcontract out. It's out of their scope of work, but it's in ours. "Cody and his team really are the BEST! I interviewed half a dozen other highly recommended companies before choosing Spartan, and even then they exceeded my expectations. Though the actual extent of the work was well beyond their estimate, they never requested a price adjustment. The crew just focused on doing the most thorough job possible, arriving on time, working the whole day, stopping to answer questions and cleaning up thoroughly each evening before they left. They even addressed a couple of non-contract items without charge. When an unanticipated situation arose, Cody was quick to offer a more than fair solution. "I really can't recommend Spartan Termite enough! Cody and his team went above and beyond to repair termite damage in our new fixer-upper and to fumigate the house. They helped us to get a new door that needed replaced, some new wood for under the roof that also needed replaced, patch some minor holes in the ceiling from termites, and color matched new paint for everything. They even worked extra hours to get the job done on time, which was so generous. And all of the repairs look great! As an added bonus, everyone we interacted with was so friendly and kind, which is always wonderful (especially in the middle of home remodeling!). We will be calling him again when we need help battling any new termites!"
